DISTRICT VIDEO

BRIEFING

Choose a municipality and present it attractively in a short promotional video. This promotional video should include the following components: Nature – Culture – Cuisine.

In your promotional video, include a guide, a person who tells interesting or important facts about each component.

Start the video with an extreme wide shot featuring the name of the location in large font and color, adhering to the municipality’s branding guidelines. Use C4D for tracking the name on the video.

Lower Thirds: When the guide is introduced, display their name with text animation and a design in line with the municipality’s branding.

Somewhere at the beginning of your video, show a map of Belgium. This should be a 3D design created in C4D. Use a simple animation to indicate the location on the map. Place a 3D shape representing the municipality on that spot, considering the municipality’s branding guidelines (colors, shapes, fonts).

Create a cool animated title for each component (Nature, Culture, and Cuisine) with a different design and animation for each, on appropriate signage (each one different), and make a fun transition each time you switch from one component to another (can be done in AE or C4D, or a combination). Also, consider the municipality’s branding guidelines for this.

Create an animation of the municipality’s logo (in AE) and end with it. This animation should incorporate at least 4 different motion design principles.

Audio must be recorded with an external microphone. No disturbing ambient noises, mix correctly (-6db/-12db), NO CLIPPING. Make sure to have enough B-roll.
